Ten years developing and supporting software used in parcel operations.

Logistics software connects business processes, operational teams and devices. My role covered both delivering changes and supporting systems once they were live.
My contribution
- Developed C# and ASP.NET MVC / Core applications and APIs.
- Worked across Angular and Blazor interfaces, including real-time behaviour with SignalR.
- Contributed to WPF desktop applications and mobile scanner software using Xamarin and NativeScript.
- Worked with SQL / T-SQL, authentication and integrations.
- Supported release planning, pipelines, mentoring and production issue resolution.
The engineering context
The work combined new development with the realities of an established application estate: compatibility, controlled releases and support for operational users.
